The City has contracted Precise ParkLink to manage the monthly parking program for both downtown parkades and all City-owned surface lots in the downtown core. Anyone interested in a monthly parking pass may contact Precise Parklink online or at 1-888-783-PARK (7275).

If you have a residential or monthly parking permit and need to update your account, login to your account at Precise Parklink.

Permanent Hangtags

As part of the new IPASS system from Precise ParkLink, downtown monthly parking passholders and residential parking permit holders will now receive permanent hangtags. DO NOT throw these out—you will no longer receive new permits each month.
